• Product Details: Full list of items for sale (with photos of products/setup). Category (produce, baked goods, crafts, etc.). Confirmation that items are grown/made by you (or family/farm).
• Licensing: Copies of any MDARD/cottage food/self-certification, food handler certs (if applicable).
• Insurance: Proof of $1M liability policy.
• Experience/References: Other markets attended (optional but helpful).
• Space/Electric Needs: Tent size, power requirements.
• Signed Agreement: To rules, fees, and cancellation policy (e.g., 50% refund if withdraw before May 10).
